Quentin Bazot is a molecular virologist. He received his doctoral degree from the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) de Lyon in 2012. After a postdoctoral training at the Imperial College London, he joined the CGT Catapult where he led viral vector process and manufacturing development activities. In 2020, Quentin joined ABL where he is currently leading AAV process development programs working towards the optimization of AAV production and purification.

Racha Majed is a sales and applications specialist at Refeyn, a company specializing in the development and manufacture of instrumentation for the characterization of biomolecules using mass photometry. She has over five years of experience in the biotechnology industry as a microbiology and evolutionary biology researcher. Racha has a doctoral degree from the INRA French National Institute (Paris, France). She completed her postdoctoral at University of Cambridge, designing genetic modification strategies for viruses and pioneering phage display techniques.
