Principal Scientist,
Lonza Biologics

Brian is passionate about being lazy. Whatever a robot can do means that there is more time to analyze data and improve processes. Brian has a master's degree in biochemistry, and with Raman spectroscopy for monitoring and controlling bioreactors, he has used PAT to move this vision forward. He has also worked extensively with designing small scale bioreactor systems using DeltaV to establish common communication platforms from laboratory scale through large scale GMP manufacturing to streamline scale up and process development automation.
